Despite the nearing closure time of 7pm, the store manager, Prajwal, warmly welcomed me and promptly assessed the situation. Despite the late hour and most equipment being stowed away, the staff graciously attended to my needs, even replacing the damaged tire with a spare one. Recognizing that it was time to replace my car's tires, Prajwal offered me an attractive deal on three new tires, which he efficiently arranged and installed on my vehicle. Additionally, they performed balancing and alignment as part of the service. Throughout the process, both the mechanic, Mr. Chandrakanth, and Mr. Prajwal provided exceptional assistance. To top it off, they went above and beyond by offering to drop off my wife and kids at the hotel while I waited for the work to be completed. Their exemplary customer service truly deserves recognition and heartfelt gratitude. Mr. Prajwal's dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable, and Kwality Tyres is fortunate to have him on their team.
