Worst one i broughy yokohama tyres on july 2022 they not even last for 2 years when im claming for wear of the tyres they are telling waer of the tyre is due to not getting wheel aligment regulary 4 months back only I had wheel alignment there itself.how funny it is before buying the product they said that the tyre comes with 3 years warranty but after purchase they will not even bother to claim the warranty simply blaming on us these are worst brand tyres not even drived for 10,000 km . Please dont buy any tyres and product from there. I'm completely disappointed with there approach.

On december 10th I have gone to the shop to do wheel alignment and balancing for 1500 rupees and also purchase the new tyre worth 7100. After 15 days when I went to Highway I notice my vehicle turning left and then I decided to go again to the centre for service. They said I have to pay gain 450 rupees and when I ask them it should be covered as I paid 10000 rupees in a single day. They said I have to find out about coverage ,nowhere ts mentioned or written on the bill regarding service warranty( 10 days or 1000 km. )As it vacation time I have gone on vacation and when I came back then I realise the on highway that there is an issue and after paying 10000 rupees I expect the centre to today basic correction service.instead I received terrible service , all they care is money, it's clear they don't need repeated customers as they have multiple branches in city .If we really care about quality of work and customer service, I don't suggest going to the centre at all

Better to choose another shop. Because if you buy 4 tyres also they will not do wheel alignment and other things which has to do free if you buy tyres. They will cost extra for that.
