I had an excellent experience at the Bridgestone showroom in Nellore to change my seltos tyres and had a great experience. The staff were very helpful, responsive, and respectful. They made sure everything was done quickly and smoothly. The tyres are really good and perform well. I highly recommend this showroom for anyone who needs new tyres and good service. They truly care about their customers.

I recently went for my kushaq steering wobbling issue at 110kph. Initially showroom guy in Chennai said it was common at that speed. Surprisingly in Chennai showroom balancing was done twice in one month but wasn't fixed.This service center agent clearly explained the issue and fixed it. Issue was with wheel balancing. I Suggest this service cente for any such reoccurring issues with any vehicle, as they have experience dealing with variety of vehicles. I world also suggest to go with balancing/allignment in this kinda service centers once a year apart from yearly service in showroom.

They checked my tyres and filled air properly. But did not check tyre valve. Down by the time I reached home.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. It is compulsory for us to check with water at the valve core . If the deflated tyre was not addressed by any chance, it could be the bent in the valve pin or there could be leak elsewhere on the tyre. Sorry once again Sir. We will try our best, not to repeat the same mistake in future.

Since our commodity is traded at a single digit profit, since ages credit card charges are requested to be born by the customer, as the same is levied upto 3.5% depending on the category of the card I.e corporate or regular. However ever UPI payments and online transfers can be utilised without any charges in this digital age also. Hope to cooperate with us. We try our best to satisfy our customers by giving them the best of service at an affordable price however as we charge less than the MRP price of the product, it will not be viable for us to also bare the card transaction fee which is why we also have UPI options so next time you can pay via UPI to avoid any extra fee.
